Welcome to Hael Natural Colour. By placing an order through our website, you agree to the terms outlined below. Please read them carefully before purchasing.

1. About Us

Hael Natural Colour is a small-scale farm and dye studio based in Pembrokeshire, Wales. We grow dye plants, vegetables, and flowers, and offer naturally dyed goods, creative kits, and workshops.

2. Ordering

All orders are placed through our website and processed securely via Squarespace’s payment system. We accept major credit and debit cards. Once your order is placed, you’ll receive a confirmation email.

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order for any reason, including errors in pricing, product availability, or suspected fraudulent activity.

3. Payments

All payments are handled securely through Squarespace. We do not store or have access to your card details.

Prices are listed in GBP and include VAT (where applicable).

4. Shipping & Delivery

We ship within the UK using Royal Mail or a trusted courier. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. We aim to dispatch orders within 3–5 working days unless otherwise stated on the product page. Please be aware there will be a longer timeframe for bespoke and made to order products.

Delivery times may vary, especially during busy seasons or postal delays. You’ll receive an email notification when your order has shipped.

5. Returns & Refunds

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If your item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Due to the nature of our products (handmade, small-batch, perishable items), we cannot accept returns on:

• Opened DIY kits

• Used or worn products

• Custom or bespoke orders

• Perishable items like fresh flowers or vegetables

If a return is approved, it must be sent back in its original, unused condition. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty.

To start a return, contact us at accounts@haelnaturalcolour.co.uk with your order number and reason for return.

6. Workshops

Workshop bookings are non-refundable but can be transferred to another date (where available) if you contact us at least 14 days before the event.

If we have to cancel a workshop due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g. illness, weather), we will offer a full refund or the option to transfer to a new date.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including images, video guides, text, and product designs — is the property of Hael Natural Colour or its collaborators. Please do not use, reproduce, or share without permission.

8. Privacy

We respect your privacy. Personal information collected during checkout (name, email, address) is used only to fulfil your order and communicate with you. We do not share or sell your data.
