Bundle dyeing is an experimental method of extracting colour from plant material, through placing flowers onto the fabric provided, rolling it up into a bundle and letting it steam. A simple process with mighty results.
Included in this kit are:
Pre-mordanted 100% cotton kids socks (various sizes)
A selection of organically grown dried dye flowers such as Dyers Chamomile, Coreopsis, Scabious, Marigold and Sulphur Cosmos
An instruction booklet to guide you through the steps
Jute twine (for tying your bundles)
Natural detergent
